Clark, Jill, and Joy mowed while we were in Illinois but we three older girls, (Cacey, Jenny, and Christy) never had an opportunity and wanted to learn.
So . . . we donned our mow clothes and Grandpa very kindly took us down to the farm to mow what seemed like 100 acres (just kidding Grandpa).
We do know, however, that in Illinois all they do in the Summertime is mow. Grandpa and Grandma certainly did the whole time we were there and as you can see Jenny really dressed up for the occasion!
Check out Grandpa's face. We only made a few minor mistakes and on the whole we mowed pretty well. Right Grandpa?
